Pauline is an expert in Hospitality management, specifically in the areas of Food and Beverage and Hospitality operations Management. She has a wide exposure of teaching experience from Kibondeni College, a project of Kianda Foundation. She did her diploma in Catering and Accommodation management at The Kenya polytechnic (currently TUK) and her Diploma in Technical education at Kenya Technical Teachers college. She further obtained both her BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Kenyatta University. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Hospitality management at Kenyatta University.
She has attained an International certification in Hotel Industry Analytics and is a member of the Tourism professional Association where she serves as member of the accreditation committee for the same.
She has also served as a member of the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development review panel in the Technical areas of Hospitality courses for vocational training on several occasions.
