Ms. Rose Kihara

Ms. Rose Kihara is an assistant lecturer at Strathmore University School of Tourism and Hospitality (STH). She is a clinical nutritionist with working experience from several hospitals including Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi and Mbagathi District Hospital. Ms. Kihara has also worked as a research assistant mainly investigating aflatoxin contamination and exposure levels in the country.

She joined STH in 2016 and lectures Food Science and Human Nutrition as well as Diet Therapy. Her goal is to be a nutrition researcher focusing on local foods.
