Mr. Philip Okombo is a faculty at Strathmore University School of Tourism and Hospitality. He has specialised in the areas of Food and Beverage Service Operations, Bar Operations and Conventions and Events Management. He also handles the examinations coordination docket for the school.
He has over twenty years’ experience as a hospitality trainer at Certificate, Diploma and Undergraduate levels with various hospitality training institutions, in Kenya and Botswana.
He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management (Kenya Utalii College), a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University (Florida, USA), and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi.
He is currently a Doctoral Fellow (Hospitality Management) at the Technical University of Kenya
